Welcome to BookYourCreator (BYC), owned and operated by Creators Network India Private Limited ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of BYC and its services. By accessing or using BYC, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. DEFINITIONS

• "Platform" refers to BYC, including its website and services.

• "User" includes Marketing Agencies, Creators, Brands, or any entity using BYC.

• "Agency" refers to companies or individuals listing campaigns and hiring creators.

• "Creator" refers to influencers, content creators, and individuals offering services on BYC.

2. ELIGIBILITY

• You must be 18 years or older to use BYC.

• By registering, you confirm that all information provided is accurate and lawful.

3. PLATFORM ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES

• BYC is a neutral platform facilitating collaborations; it is not a party to any contract between Agencies and Creators.

• BYC holds no liability for payments, deliverables, campaign results, or disputes between users.

4. USER RESPONSIBILITIES

• Users must ensure they have the legal right to share content, media, or brand assets.

• Agencies are solely responsible for securing brand permissions before listing campaigns.

• Users must not engage in fraudulent, defamatory, illegal, or abusive activities on BYC.

5. COLLABORATION & PAYMENT POLICY

• Payments are solely the responsibility of Agencies; Creators are responsible for fulfilling agreed deliverables.

• Escrow Mechanism: Advances will not be escrowed, but final payments may be held until Agencies confirm deliverables.

• Penalties for Non-Delivery of Work:

  • First violation → Warning

  • Second violation → Temporary suspension

  • Third violation → Permanent ban + potential financial penalties

6. CONTENT GUIDELINES

• Prohibited content includes:

  • Hate speech, discrimination, threats

  • NSFW or explicit content

  • Copyrighted material without authorization

7. DISPUTE RESOLUTION

• All disputes shall be resolved through the Indian courts under the jurisdiction of NCT of Delhi.

• BYC is not liable for contractual disputes but may assist in mediation.

8. TERMINATION OF ACCOUNT

• BYC reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts violating these Terms.

• Users may delete their accounts, but certain data may be retained as per legal requirements.

9. MODIFICATIONS TO TERMS

• BYC may modify these Terms at any time, and users will be notified accordingly.
