BOOKYOURCREATOR CODE OF CONDUCT

At BookYourCreator (BYC), we are committed to fostering a professional, ethical, and inclusive community for Creators, Agencies, and Brands. This Code of Conduct outlines expected behavior and consequences for violations.

1. PROFESSIONALISM & ETHICAL CONDUCT

• Users must act in good faith, maintain professionalism, and respect fellow users.

• Agencies must provide clear campaign details, and Creators must deliver agreed content within deadlines.

2. CONTENT GUIDELINES

Prohibited content includes:

• Hate speech, discrimination, threats, or harassment.

• NSFW or explicit content.

• Copyrighted material without authorization.

3. COLLABORATION & PAYMENT POLICY

• Agencies are responsible for timely payments; Creators are responsible for fulfilling deliverables.

• Escrow Mechanism: Final payments may be held until Agencies confirm deliverables.

• Penalties for Non-Delivery of Work:

  • First violation → Warning

  • Second violation → Temporary suspension

  • Third violation → Permanent ban + potential financial penalties

4. ENFORCEMENT ACTIONS

• Violations will be handled through progressive enforcement:

  • Warning for first-time violations.

  • Temporary suspension for repeat offenses.

  • Permanent ban & legal action for severe breaches.

5. REPORTING VIOLATIONS

• Users may report violations via hello@creatorsnetwork.in.

• BYC reserves the right to take appropriate actions against breaches of this Code of Conduct.

By using BYC, you agree to abide by this Code of Conduct. Failure to comply may result in suspension or termination of access to BYC.
