BYC T20 Fever Campaign – Terms & Conditions

 GENERAL

The BYC Cricket Season Campaign runs from April 8 to May 25, 2025.

All participation must be via the BookYourCreator platform.

By participating, you agree to the campaign rules, leaderboard logic, and eligibility criteria outlined by the BYC team.

REWARD TIERS

COMPANY LEVEL: Agency Leaderboard (Cumulative Campaign Spend)

Note: These rewards are based on total spend per agency account (company), not per user.

USER LEVEL: Orange Cap (Agency User with Highest Individual Campaign Spend)

• Reward: Apple Watch

• Eligibility: Min. individual contribution of ₹3L+ campaign value via BYC

CREATOR LEVEL: Purple Cap (Most Campaigns Delivered)

• Reward: Apple Watch

• Eligibility: Delivered minimum 5 paid campaigns (each ₹10K+)

BONUS CREATOR RECOGNITION

For creators showing outstanding work across:

• Fastest Turnaround

• Most UGC Shared

• Highest Client Ratings

Rewards: BT speakers, earbuds, BYC merch, and social media shoutouts

CAMPAIGN ELIGIBILITY

For Agencies (Company Level):

Only paid campaigns count toward rankings.

A minimum of ₹25,000 per campaign is required to qualify.

Total company spend will be used to determine rankings for the Top Agency Rewards.

For Agency Users (Orange Cap):

Rewards are based on individual user-contributed campaign value.

Minimum contribution of ₹3L+ to be eligible.

For Creators (Purple Cap):

Must complete at least 5 campaigns, each with a value of ₹10,000+.

Campaigns must be marked completed in the BYC dashboard.

LEADERBOARDS

Leaderboards (Company, Orange Cap, Purple Cap) Weekly Leaderboard updates begin May 1, covering all campaign activity from April 8 onwards.

All leaderboard positions are subject to final verification by the BYC team.

Multiple users from the same agency can participate in the Orange Cap race, but rewards will be distributed based on individual contribution.

In case of a tie, final winners may be determined based on:

Speed of completion

Creator ratings

Campaign diversity

REWARDS & DISTRIBUTION

All cashback and product rewards will be distributed within 15 days of campaign closure.

Participants must submit valid account information to process rewards.

Physical items (gadgets, merch) will be shipped to verified addresses.

FRAUD PREVENTION

Any attempt to manipulate data, submit invalid campaigns, or misuse the platform may result in disqualification.

BYC reserves the right to withhold or modify rewards in case of fraudulent activity, misreporting, or unqualified campaigns. Final reward disbursal is subject to internal verification.

All disputes will be reviewed by the BYC team. Decisions will be final and binding.

EXCLUSIONS

• Only Paid campaigns are eligible for this contest.
• Inactivity or failure to deliver after acceptance may disqualify creators from leaderboard eligibility. Repeated inactivity or failure can result in account suspension or a permanent ban.
• Self-initiated campaigns for non-commercial or test purposes do not qualify.
• Campaigns not logged and tracked on the BYC platform will not be counted.
